Adoption Expertise & Experience
Unlike most of our competitors who leave adoption success up to their clients and/or charge for basic adoption services, Tower assumes a proactive, partnership role with every client. Recognizing that increased adoption benefits both parties economically, Tower does not charge for standard implementation services, however customized adoption strategies may result in fees. Services include onsite and/or WebEx training sessions, online demo sites, customized communications and marketing/educational campaigns to promote usage.
Online Profile Management
TowerProfiler is a web-based system that provides travelers a private and secure online profile entry, change and maintenance system. Through these private databases, travelers have the option of completing their own profiles online and changing/updating them as needed with the system automatically synchronizing changes on a real-time basis between the GDS and the booking systems.
