Electronic E-Ticket Tracking

Tower’s eTrak technology provides reporting on all used and unused traveler e-tickets for optimal cost management, alerting our agents and travelers on unused tickets for proactive savings.

Multi-Channel Distribution Strategy (MCDS)

MCDS is not a technical solution, but rather a business philosophy that recognizes that success in this new era of travel management will be realized by accessing the most relevant supplier information, regardless of how it is distributed. Tower expands the low fare/rate search process from our dual GDS platform to the following outlets for the most comprehensive view of airfare, hotel and car rental rates:

  • Online Travel sites (Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc)
  • Airline consolidators (domestic and international)

    Negotiated Hotel Programs

    Tower supplements the industries most competitive hotel program with even greater discounts provided via merchant model hotel programs. Tower leverages the purchasing power of over 12 million room nights to obtain discounts that range up to 50% off corporate rates at over 10,000 properties in over 1400 cities worldwide. While merchant model rates are often too restrictive for business travel use, savings can be significant, often averaging 10% more than savings provided in traditional programs.
