| Invoice Request |
Need a copy of your last itinerary invoice? You can retrieve a
copy by selecting Invoice Request from the Sign IN form on the left side of
this page.
All you need to provide is your last name and either the Record Locator or
Ticket Number from the trip. If you don’t have one of those items, you can
contact us at 630.954.3010 and we will look it up for you. |

| Online Booking |
Tower supports different configurations for online booking.
Depending on your company’s selection, you can find links to log into
Compass by GetThere,
Compass by ResX, or
TowerRes in the Sign IN drop down menu on the left side of this page.

| Profile Management |
Tower supports different configurations for managing your profile
online. If your company uses Compass for online booking, then please log into
your Compass site and update your profile there. If your company uses TowerRes
for online booking, or does not use an online booking tool, please select
Profiler from the Sign IN drop down menu to create or update your travel
profile. |

| Online Reporting |
Tower Trak
is an online reporting system that allows travel managers to run and schedule
reports at their convenience. If you already have a Tower Trak account, please
select Tower Trak from the Sign IN drop down menu. If you do not yet have an
account, you can request an account by completing the form at this
link – Tower Trak New Account Request.The
request will be reviewed by a Travel Manager from your company, and if approved
setup within 24-hours of that approval. Training sessions occur quarterly, or
by request for a small fee. |

| Locate Travelers |
Tower has developed an application based upon a database of all
PNRs processed for your travelers where a travel manager can log in and
navigate through a series of maps to locate travelers and review their
itinerary.
If you are a travel manager and have an account,
you can log into the application from the Sign IN drop down menu on the left.
If you do not have an account, you can request an account by completing the
form at this link – Travel Manager Request.The
request will be reviewed by the decision maker from your company, and if
approved setup within 24-hours of approval. |
