Tower’s automated quality control product, Compleat, supplements manual quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies and attainment of the lowest fares and rates.
Compleat routines are custom developed to support each client’s unique account and reservation specifications. Unlike many of the larger competitors, every reservation record is processed through Compleat for quality control, file finishing/automated ticketing, lowest fares/rates, seat and waitlist management.

TowerProfiler is a web-based system that provides travelers a private and secure online profile entry, change and maintenance system. Through these private databases, travelers have the option of completing their own profiles online and changing/updating them as needed with the system automatically synchronizing changes on a real-time basis between the GDS and the booking systems.
